Your solicitors are a subset of your MaestroAuction Online people database. If you would like to simply make all people in the database available on the solicitor list contact Maestro support and request that all people be assigned the 'member' status.
Support tools can do this immediately without you having to open and update individual records. There is a featured item control on your MaestroAuction Online home page which will dynamically display an image and link corresponding with one of your designated featured items. Select the items you want to feature. Next, turn on the feature by clicking Home Page Right from the Site Customization heading on the Settings tab and clicking using the corresponding "Display" checkbox for Featured Items s.
Categories are assigned as items are donated and generally indicate what type of donation it is e. The categories display as links in your MaestroAuction Online menu bar and serve as the primary navigation for your online catalog. Auction types, rather than reflecting common item attributes indicate when and where the particular item will be available for bidding.

In order to create a package, please click the "Create" link adjacent to the "Package" heading on the corresponding Edit Item page.
In order to create a package, simply select the items that you want to combine and then click the "Create Package" button. A new item will then be created which automatically combines the item descriptions and value of the items that you've selected.
The item category, image and web link of the new package will default to the first item selected. Once an item is combined in a package, it will no longer display in your Item List. You can edit the item description and other properties of the package on the corresponding Edit Item page.
By deleting the package, you simply remove the association of these items and the package components will again be listed in your item list and be available for combining into other packages.
MaestroAuction Online has integrated sponsor logo support for both a rotating image on the lower right of your MaestroAuction Online home page and a separate logo page which displays all your sponsor logos. In both cases, the sponsor logo is a link to the corresponding website. Create a sponsor logo slideshow The sponsor logo control automatically rotates your sponsor logos on your homepage.
Take advantage of this option to promote your event sponsors and provide a link to their websites. To display a sponsor logo on either the "Home" or "Sponsor Logo" page, please upload a corresponding image. Navigate to the sponsor's record by using the "Search" button on the "People List" page and then click the corresponding "Details" link. On the corresponding "Edit Person Page", please click the "Replace" link adjacent to the "Logo" heading.
Browse to the appropriate logo on your computer click the "Upload Logo" button to add it to the record. If you enter a website for the sponsor, then the sponsor logo will display as a corresponding link. However, this "Website" field is not mandatory. If the sponsor does not have a website, the link will correspond with the "Sponsor Logo" page. Click the Display Sponsor logo button and select the sponsor you would like to display.
If you don't see a particular record listed, it means that you haven't uploaded a logo for their people record. Therefore, please follow the prior instructions above to do this first. You may also add a description for the sponsor and select the order you would like it to appear on the "Sponsor Logo" page. Unless you select "Random", the "Sort Order" will also determine the order the logos rotate on the homepage. Your options are "Display", "Second s Delay", and "Random". There must be at least two sponsor logos for them to rotate.
If you have one sponsor logo it will display continuously. If the "Random" checkbox is not checked, the logos will display in the sort order determined in the "Sponsor Logos" page.
Please be sure to click the "Update Right Column of Home Page" button at the bottom of the "Home Page Right" site customization page to save your changes. How do I add a logo to a people record? Once you have the digital image stored on your computer, go to the Add Person page. When you get to the "Logo" heading, please click the "Browse" button. This will take you to a "Choose File" dialog box. Select your digital image from the appropriate folder and then click "Open".
This will return you to the record form with the digital image file and path name entered in the "Logo" textbox. Finish the remainder of the form and then create the corresponding people record by clicking the "Add New Record" button. The Sponsor Logos Columns control allows you to select from 1 to 3 columns for logo layout. Show Sponsor Logo controls on Sponsor payment pages allows a link to appear on the purchase for where a sponsor can upload a logo.
You can also customize the number of logos displayed in each row, using the corresponding drop down list. All content which you add on the Sponsor List Page will display after your sponsor logos.
If you don't have sponsor logos, you can use this tool to customize the entire page in whatever manner you choose. Simply enter and highlight the desired link text, click the "chain link" icon, enter the directory and file name e. Please be certain that your file name doesn't have spaces, since the URL which you'll use to link to it can't have spaces.
