The lunch voucher system may need revisiting however, as many of the outlets listed did not actually accept the vouchers. Maybe as there was someone a bit too advanced in the class. It would have been useful to have nailed down all of the basic tools before we started to draw and a recap of these on the second morning would have been useful. Overall very interesting and useful. Through no fault of the instructor there was another trainee who was more advanced than a beginner - this meant that i felt a little rushed and that i had no time to ask questions or rectify mistakes without feeling like i was behind.

I feel the course should be super highlighted as Beginner. I did feel like on the second day we should have had the opportunity to go over the basics of day one - a refresher to ensure we had a starting point and that the'must do's' or common commands were really embedded before starting on the next level.

Ricardo was a great teacher, made the course informative and fun and obviously has great knowledge and experience. He was patient but moved at a good pace and always with a sense of humour.
